Am sorry this is coming a little late but for good reason. I actually have a presentation to deliver tomorrow tagged BCS 101; never mind, more of that tomorrow.
Pretty sure a lot of us are putting finishing touches for work tomorrow(week’s grind). I got inspired to share some thoughts about a reason for success or failure in business…..based on how you do in the following areas:
1. Getting new customers; keys are to create relationships and education on your value proposition.
2. Retaining your customers; the work here is to show your customers that your system actually delivers on anticipated results.
The issue is every time you experience a down or up turn in business, check these concepts, you are either following the rules above or not.
